The Ultimate India 2026 Trip has been announced!

India 0005

Most people think of Africa when they hear the word "Safari".   The country is not even thought of, however, India is a fantastic place for a wildlife safari.  We work with some great partners in India to give our guests a wonderful safari experience.   India is one of the "sleeper" countries when it comes to wildlife safaris.  Its varying ecosystems of dry and lush green jungles offer a plethora of wildlife to view while on safari.

Of Course the tiger is the main attraction, and on our safaris, our guests will have great tiger experiences.  We will also see a great magnitude of diverse wildlife in addition to tigers.   Todaba National Park is a fantastic place for seeing tigers, maybe the best place to see tigers in the world!  But we've encountered much more than tigers in Tadoba including: Indian Gaur, Blue Bull, Leopard, Indian Paradise Flycatcher, Mottled Wood Owl, Indian Roller, Sloth Bears, Langur (monkey), White Eye Buzzard, White Throated Kingfisher, Mongoose, Spotted Deer, Samba Deer, Four Horned Antelope, Crocodile, Peacocks, wild boar, Lapwing, Jungle fowl, racket tailed drongo, changeable hawk eagle, common hoopoe, pied kingfisher, Flameback woodpecker, indian golden oriole and much much more!

On our adventure to Kaziranga National Park, the one-horned rhino is the highlight, but we will can also see the Asiatic elephant, Water Buffalo, Swamp Deer (Barasingha), Hollock Gibbons, Peacock, Soft Shell Turtle, Hog Deer, Indian Tent Turtle, Assam Roofed Turtle, Bengal Monitor Lizard, Burmese Python, Great Indian Hornbill, Kalij Pheasant, Grey headed Fishing Eagle, Blue bearded Bee Eater, White-rumped Shama, Pied Kingfishers, Green-billed Malkoha, Yellow footed Green Pigeon, Emerald dove, Blue tailed Bee Eater, Rose Ringed Parakeet, Swamp Francolin, Chestnut headed Bee Eater, Jungle Owlet, Otter, Malayan Giant Squirrel, Hoary-bellied Squirrel and much much more.

Kaziranga is also home to the Golden TIger.  A very rare wild morph of the Bengal Tiger.  Our group in 2025 was very lucky to see this cat.  It was an amazing moment on top of an already amazing trip.

It is my wish that you will consider India as your next safari destianation and experience how wonderful the country is!
