Most of our adventures are international, but on the Owls & Other Creatures of Minnesota trip, we travel to the polar region of the USA, in search of multiple species of owls, birds and other animals such as the Pine Marten. This is a custom trip based on our clients wants, needs and aspirations to photograph.
The Details

Day 1 - Arrive in Minneapolis, look for owls time permitting
Day 2 - Minneapolis owls/ eagles during day/ owls.
Day 3 - Minneapolis / sax zim bog area *north side
Day 4 - sax zim bog area * north side
Day 5 - sax zim bog area *north side
Day 6 - sax zim bog area *south end
Day 7 - sax zim bog area depending on time, transfer tof airport for departure.
***This itinerary is meant to be flexible, and can change depending on owl activity. -
We will focus on finding Northern Saw-Whet, Great Grey, Long Eared, Northern Hawk, Eastern Screech, Snowy, & possible other species. We will have the opportunity to photograph pine martens as well, but this can consume and entire day of searching for one.
Please remember, this is wildlife, the success of this trips targets are not a guarantee.No GPS or E-birding of locations of the species will be allowed, as we want to protect the owls and their habitat as much as possible.
