The Details and Pricing

  • Price: $6100 based on shared vehicle and room, single room and single row in vehicle options available. 

    Day 1: 31st August 2026 - Land in Entebbe and be transported to your hotel to rest and relax, as we begin our adventure early next morning.  
     

    Day 2: 1st September 2026 - Depart early for Mabamba Swamp in search for the critically endangered Shoebill Stork. Have the opportunity to capture award winning photos! 

     

    After searching for the Shoebill Stork, we will depart and head to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary and spend the night.

    Day 3: 2nd September 2026 -  After an early breakfast, we will go on a very special guided safari walk with the Southern White Rhino.  All of the rhinos in Uganda are kept at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary and this allows us to see the rhinon at eye leve on the ground with them!  After walking with the rhinos we will have lunch and depart for Murchison Falls for an evening.

    Day 4: 3rd September 2026 - We will begin the day with a morning drive through Murchison Falls National Park. Murchison home to a rich variety of wildlife, but is known for its large herds of elephants and giraffes. The Nile River cuts through the park, creating diverse habitats that support both savannah and aquatic species, as well.  In the evening we will visit the Murchison Falls, which is famous for its powerful cascade, where the Nile River is forced through a narrow 7-meter gorge before plunging 43 meters. The thunderous falls create a dramatic scene, making it one of Uganda’s most iconic natural sights.

    Day 5: 4th September 2026 – One last  morning game drive in Murchison as we keep our eyes peeled for the vast species that live in the plains.  After lunch we will depart for Kibale National Park for an overnight stay.

    Day 6: 5th September 2026 – After breakfast we will take a guided hike into prime chimpanzee habitat.  Seeing the chimps of Kibale National Park is one of Uganda’s most memorable wildlife experiences, seeing chimpanzee groups as they feed, groom, play, and call to one another high in the canopy—often from just a few meters away.  After lunch we will explore a local forest for even more primates - up to 13 species of primates can be seen in this area! In the evening we will drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park for the night.

    Day 7: 6th September 2026 – We begin our day in Queen Elizabeth National Park, home to the world famous tree climbing lions.  After lunch we take a boat ride down the Kazinga Channel, a highlight of avisit to Queen Elizabeth National Park in Uganda. This 32-kilometer long natural channel connects Lake George to Lake Edward and is known for its rich biodiversity and scenic beauty. The boat ride offers a unique perspective on the park's wildlife and landscapes, providing an opportunity to see animals from a
    different vantage point. During the boat ride, passengers can spot a variety of wildlife along the shores, including
    elephants, buffaloes, crocodiles, hippos, and numerous bird species. The channel is particularly famous for its large hippopotamus population, and it's not uncommon to see these massive mammals lounging in the water or on the banks. Birdwatchers will appreciate the abundance of birdlife, with species like African fish eagles, kingfishers, herons, and pelicans often seen along the channel. The boat ride down the Kazinga Channel offers a tranquil and immersive way to enjoy the beauty of Queen Elizabeth.

    Day 8: 7th September 2026 - A full day in Queen Elizabeth National Park as we continue our thrilling thrilling adventure through diverse ecosystems, including open savannas, acacia woodlands, and wetlands to look for more wildlife, keeping our eyes on the lookout for giraffes, lions, hyenas, leopards, antelopes, buffalos, warthogs, elephants and other wildlife that nature provides that day and any wildlife that we may have missed.

    Day 9: 8th September 2026 - After breakfast we depart Queen Elizabeth National Park and head to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park to rest, relax and prepare for the next day of gorilla trekking.

    Day 10: 9th September 2026 - The highlight of our Ugandan Adventure will be meeting the gentle giants of the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, located in southwestern Uganda. The park is home to approximately half of the world's remaining mountain gorilla population, making it a critical
    conservation area for endangered mountain gorillas. Apart from mountain gorillas, Bwindi hosts a variety of other wildlife species, including several primate species and is also rich in birdlife, with over 350 species recorded. The park's diverse ecosystems, ranging from montane and lowland rainforests to bamboo forests and open grasslands, contribute to its remarkable biodiversity. While the focus is on the iconic mountain gorillas, the broader ecological context of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest showcases the intricate interplay between flora and fauna in this unique and ecologically significant area.  After our visit with the gorillas we depart for Lake Mburo National Park, where we will stay the night.

    Day 11: 10th September 2026 - Lake Mburo National Park is a scenic, western Uganda known for its rolling savannah, acacia woodlands, and peaceful lakes. It is the best place in the country to see large herds of zebra, along with impala, eland, and giraffe. After our morning drive, we will depart Lake Mburo for our late evening airport departures as we say our good byes as we reflect on the our Ugandan Adventures!
